Greystone
Properties began with the purchase of one single family home
near the campus of then Southwest Missouri State University in December of
1987. Since then, we have grown to over 200 units
citywide. Most of our properties are clustered in two
areas. One being within 2 streets of the now Missouri
State University campus, the
other along Norton Street serving northern Springfield including
Central Bible College and Baptist Bible College. We
also have locations midtown serving Drury University, Evangel
University, and the
center city area.
